USAGE
STEP1: Screw out the pen core. place it close to the lower eyelashes, fill the gap at the root and press it down to draw the inner eyeliner
STEP2: Drag the eyeliner from the center of the eye to the outer corner, fill in the triangle area
STEP3: Use a razor brush to gently sweep the ends of the eyelashes, create a natural and slender line

Tips
1.Adopt non-rotating design, and rotate as much as needed
2. It is not recommended to blink or touch the eyeliner immediately after
applying it. Wait for 15-20 seconds for the eyeliner to dry and form a film
